Well this "stuff" is travel mug, and is called the Twizz travel mug. it has an unique lid, i mean a kind of lid that's made from silicone, and you twist it to close like an aperture on camera lenses.

This "weird travel mug" designed with a silicone top, and works by simply twisting the top part of the mug until the top closes in like ....... i think like an aperture on camera lenses. As you twist the lid, it will click to lock in place at different intervals which allows you to keep it open at you preferred size.
