This is not a robot toy from Sphero, though it may look like a robot for your collection ................ this "stuff" is a kind of tool that will place in your handyman’s toolbox, this tool called the Klein Tools Clamping Worklight.

This tool designed to light up all sorts of handyman chores, the clamp design allows it to be easily mounted onto ladders, rails, and various edges, allowing you to set it up in any type of workspace. Whether you are working on something under the sink or clearing something off the roof at night, this "stuff" lets you add much-needed illumination that you can mount at the exact position you require ........... in other words, this Clamping Worklight Provides Hands-Free Illumination ........... When collapsed, the Klein Tools Clamping Worklight consists of a straight bar with a lighting element at the end, making it space-efficient to stash in your toolbox while being able to serve as a functional flashlight when gripped in hand. Flip the switch to unlock the lever mechanism, which allows the rig’s X-shaped frame to be locked in different positions to accommodate different sizes of edges for clamping. Once the clamp is flush, simply flip the switch again to lock everything in place and secure its hold.

This tool .... i mean, The Klein Tools Clamping Worklight’s head can rotate a full 360 degrees, as well as pivot up to 90 degrees, allowing you to really adjust the head to where you want it facing. That’s on top of being able to clamp it or set it down on the exact place that you want, giving you plenty of options as far as the work light’s placement goes. The actual LED comes with 2 brightness settings, High or Low, with the former providing 250 lumens of illumination and the latter giving 125.

Only for use at job sites where things can get dirty and wet ................ the work light has an enclosure that can withstand drops of up to 10 feet, as well as IP54-level splash- and dust-resistance. Dimensions are 11.2 x 2.8 x 2.5 inches (length x height x width) when collapsed, ensuring it will not be a problem to squeeze into any toolbox. Other features include a self-recharging glow head, a weight of 15.3 ounces, and a slot for four AA batteries, a fresh batch of which will keep it running for up to 8 hours on High and 10 hours on Low.
