KUJIRA Whale Japanese Utility Chef's Knife. the Kujira Whale Knives made of Shiroko high-carbon steel, these utility knives have been hand-forged into some of the ocean's finest for use while camping, whittling, or alongside the Manchego and Mimolette while entertaining. Kujira Whale Knives come in 5 different styles or whale breeds. The Kujira knife is also an excellent utility knife that is versatile for outdoor use and can be used as a simple woodworking tool that can even sharpen a pencil. Although carbon steel knives are not stainless, with proper care they can provide years of enjoyment.
The have double-edged blades and a "Kurouchi" Black forged finish & handle. Dimensions are around 6-1/4" long x 1.5" wide; blade length is 2".
