Therm-a-Rest UltraLite Cot, This Is The Cot You Need For Superior Off-The-Ground Comfort. Of course, you can sleep well enough on a small mattress laid out on the floor of your tent, after a good day hiking (nothing is more appreciated than a good nights rest). You have to admit, though an elevated cot will definitely work a heck of a lot better. Problem is, those things can take up a lot of space in your pack. Unless, you are using the Therm-a-Rest Ultralite Cot.

Designed to pack into a compact bundle, the cot can fold into a size no bigger than a rolled-up beach towel, allowing you to easily squeeze it somewhere in your pack. It’s a regular-sized cot, too, ensuring it will support your whole body whether for a night’s sleep, a brief afternoon nap, or just to rest after a long hike.

The Therm-a-Rest Ultralite Cot comes in two sizes: regular and large. The former measures 72 x 24 x 4.5 inches (length x width x height) when assembled and packs down to 6 x 15 inches (diameter x length) when collapsed, while the latter assembles to dimensions of 72 x 26 x 4.5 inches and packs down to 5 x 17 inches. Instead of using uncomfortable crossbars like other cots, it relies on a more efficient Bowframe system to hold the whole thing together while capably supporting your frame. Construction is ripstop polyester laminate for the cot fabric, anodized aluminum for the connecting poles, and nylon for the feet. The whole thing assembles in just 3 minutes.
