This dish drainer or desk organizer is a scaled replica of the peninsula of Manhattan. It uses the city’s buildings and streets to provide the support needed for plates, cups, papers, and more. The water resistant TPE material is easy to clean so you never need to worry about dirty city streets. Just cold water wash and you are ready for the next attack on Manhattan.
Inspired by the movie Inception
, designer Luca Nichetto has created a silicone tabletop dish rack or desk organizer that resembles Manhattan. Nichetto’s imaginative design marries form
and function; dishes balance between narrow streets, while cups and
glasses rest on miniature skyscrapers – at no risk to the delicate
dishes. Letters and other mail can just as easily be sorted between the
systematic city blocks. Available in slate blue, grey, or pink,
“Inception” will straighten out any domestic disarray with all the
excitement of urban life.
